This house has been for sale for some time. I suspect it needs a very special buyer. The views are incredible all around it.
It has opposite it:
the gasometer
a fire station
a cemetry
It’s just down the road from the Manchester city stadium, and the other way goes to the abatoir.
Strangely enough it doesn’t have a link to google street view! Why? Because it might put people off perhaps? What a strange idea though – people will be really put off when they turn up in real life and see how close to everything you are.
