The Crooked House

The Crooked House really
The Crooked House really is just that – a superbly quirky property, Grade II listed, with cruck timbers dating the origins to circa 1450/1550, a 16th century wing and adjoining barn along with a recently constructed dairy wing, approximately 30 years old and built in such a style it is difficult to see where old joins new!!
Adjacent to the house is a delightfully converted cottage suitable for holiday letting accommodation/rental unit subject to obtaining any necessary planning consents, the whole sitting in gardens and grounds of approximately six acres including a pasture paddock and an area of deciduous woodland sloping down to a stream. Even the hen house and store room above are quite unique!!
