I know lots of people locally have had one of these installed. It has caught loads of people on camera checking car doors and acting suspiciously. These video clips have been shared on social media as well as been passed to the police to try to ID the people breaking into cars.
It’s such a simple idea. Answer the door when you’re not actually able to get to the front door. So when you’re in the garden you can see who has turned up at the front of the house and tell them to come round to the back! Or avoid people you don’t want to see by having a look before you answer the door!
