Gorgeous house

It’ll take me a lottery win to afford this fantastic property! It is one I’ve been drooling over though! It ticks lots of boxes! Swimming pool, tennis court, beautiful house with the right stairs! Grounds, garage and room for friends!

gorgeous-house

Absolutely lovely!
It has a wonderful garden and enough room for one or two bee hives!

Wild Yeo

Wild Yeo
Wild Yeo – A superb Residential Smallholding enjoying an outstanding private rural position.
Elegant and well proportioned Georgian style detached Farmhouse (4 beds), Traditional Cider House with alternative use potential. Extensive range of adaptable traditional and modern Farm Buildings. Surrounding productive Arable and Pasture Land with full organic status and
established traditional Orchards. In all about 23.63 Acres

Absolutely lovely looking house. I used to draw a picture of a house like this when I was a kid.

West Yeo Farmhouse, which is not Listed, is believed to date from about 1880 although its design is very much in the earlier Georgian style.

The Grove

The Grove is a splendid three storey Grade II Listed house. It is reputed to have been the Dower House to nearby Moor Park and dating back to the 18th Century. It stands in a beautiful rural setting in the tiny ancient village of Ashford Bowdler on the Herefordshire/Shropshire border off the A49 about three miles south of Ludlow.
Quite a lot of house and land for your money! Very nice looking house.

Reader’s House

Described by Sir Nikolaus
Reader’s House is Described by Sir Nikolaus Pevsner as ‘an extremely picturesque piece of Ludlow blackandwhite’ this is undoubtedly one of the finest properties of its type to be found in the country with the fabulous three-storey timber-framed porch with elaborate cravings that have been described as \’a masterpiece of Ludlow carving\’. Readers’ House has fulfilled a number of functions and dates back to the early 17th Century.Painstakingly renovated and rescued from inclusion on the Buildings at Risk Register by the current owners, this property has been restored and modernised to accentuate the wonderful features throughout whilst providing accommodation suitable for contemporary living. Winning the inaugural “Heritage Award of the Year”, the comprehensive modernisation has included the refurbishment of much of the building, whilst it has also been rewired, re plumbed, has had a new central heating system fitted, two new bathrooms and a new kitchen. Unusually for a property of its age

I don’t often post semi-detached houses on here – in fact this might be the first, but I thought this was worthy of adding. It’s in the beautiful historic town of Ludlow. I visited Ludlow in August and enjoyed walking round the lovely town and castle.
The floors look really well polished. The front door is amazing. A real piece of history.
