Bad estate agent photos?
If you’re an estate agent and can’t take decent photos then you can get help at Doctor Photo – the before and after shots are interesting. Some have been lightened and some have removed signs and things from the photo. It’s like a real life spot the difference game.
Of course if you’re really bad at taking photos you could go on a course to improve your skills.
Napoleonic Fort at Salcombe
Don’t get too excited – Napoleonic Fort actually means a bit of a tower and some rocks…

Picture 11 is a guitar, picture 10 is a clock.
It’s quite insane to show photos of these. Perhaps it’s to take your mind off the very narrow frontage of the property.

Rich to lose their council houses
The Rich are to lose their council houses says the Telegraph this morning.
How will they do this? Council houses have secure tenancies (and low rents) – so how would they manage this?
I think they’re looking at it the wrong way round. They should be asking why rents are so high in the private sector!
The reason people queue for years for council houses is the cheap rents AND secure tenancies.
