In June 2011 there were no flats sold in M40,
Terraces 8 sold with an average price of £77,563
10 semi-detached at an average of £94,494
4 detached at an average of £138,201

The stats over a longer time show that the market is still very weak.

Picture 7 shows something rather unusual in the bathroom.
Ducks. Not real ones. Although I haven’t actually stared hard at the picture to check. There’s one in the garden too.

There’s a pink windmill for sale here on rightmove.
It’s a pretty shocking pink colour – but if you want a windmill to live in it’s a 3 bedroom house on for £650,000

It also has a Red GPO Telephone Box and Post Box

Never quite sure how you get the furniture to look right in round rooms – but this round room in this house in Bridford has a really lovely room inside!
