This lovely house is said to date back to the 14th century in parts but it’s not listed! That makes it quite unusual!
It’s a 7 bedroom house in Waterrow – as well as the house it has two 2 bedroom apartments in a converted barn, traditional farm buildings currently used as artists studios and extensive gardens and grounds!

Planning permission is there for the swimming pool and it has about 53 acres of lovely land with it!
