How many bedrooms does your house have?

This house claims to have four bedrooms. It also says in the details (Please note bedroom four is currently used as a bathroom)

Hmmm. How much sense does that make?
Sea views and nice big rooms – so why spoil it with this bizarre comment? If a room is being used as a bathroom then it’s not a bedroom.
